An intriguing piece of jewelry from a time when platinum as a jewelry metal was new, exciting, and incredibly precious – all of which we see reflected in the highly detailed, lacey and intricate, somewhat gothic, and feather-light metal work of this ring. Set with a rare unheated Burma ruby with an estimated weight of 1.80 ct, and only sparsely accented with diamonds, this ring gives center stage to the deep raspberry red ruby, a truly regal gem that appears larger on the finger than what the modest weight suggests.

Please note that this ruby is lightly to moderately included, with one slightly more prominent feather inclusion, which is reflected in the price.
