The only thing more exciting than a classic natural pearl necklace is one that comes in an all-natural fancy color! The pearls forming this necklace are showing a highly desirable peachy-golden color that is reminiscent of cultured 'South Sea' pearls – with the difference that these are not cultured, but created by wild oysters, about 100 years ago. The fine, old cut marquise diamond adorning the clasp seems very much like the cherry on top!

Pearls: 150 natural saltwater pearls, various roundish shapes, ranging in size from 6.81 to 1.92 mm, fine peach color, some with 'orient' overtones

Clasp: Platinum, with illegible maker's mark, set with a fine old cut marquise diamond of approx. 0.70 ct, estimated H color, Si1 clarity (this grading is an estimate, as far as mounting permits)

Certification: GIA (New York), confirming that all pearls in this necklace are natural saltwater pearls, without indications of treatment; furthermore stating that some of the pearls fall into a color range that is know in the trade as "golden"
